She is marked 1986 (TCFC) Those Characters from Cleveland She is the villain from Lady LovelyLocks and the Pixietails: A fairy tale world of Pixietail magic! She's the "Jealous beauty with raven-black hair!" This doll is in VERY GOOD condition. Her face is beautiful!! Her dress has a couple of faint spots (I did not try to clean it). She has discoloration on her legs, and spots on her arms, from age. She is very nicely articulated and all her joints are tight. Her hair needs to be restyled, but feels nice.
